I. JOB PURPOSE:

Core Banking Officer is responsible to cooperated with team to managing the information systems of SAMRITHISAK. They are involved with inhouse system development, planning and maintenance. Their primary concern is with keeping their company’s information and data safe and secure.

II. EXPECTED RESULTS:

– Help to test new feature / fixed issue, tracking issue related to core banking, prepared document before apply to LIVE.
– Coding for In-house system development, Business Intelligence Reporting development
– Join to manage, support core banking and inhouse system strategy & operational process, a way that align SRS’s business achieve overall SRS’s goal by fostering innovation.
– Maintenance database, backup / Restore.
– Join to Review User Access Right and Access Core Banking System / Inhouse System.
– Help to research and sharing new technology.

III. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Understand on SRS‘s Core Banking Features, Research other core banking process, and recommend to update our current system.
– Understand , Maintain and improve to develops on In-house System, BIRT Report
– Help to support technical for Core Banking System and in-house system.
– Work with cross departments for collecting business requirements to analyze, design mockup, and prepare sign-off product documents to send to vendor.
– Testing new feature in UAT, prepared document, requested before apply to LIVE.
– Prepare and update guide line related to core banking and other in-house system.
– Help to manage, maintenance backup and history data.
– Prepared daily report, weekly report to head core banking department.
– Provide system training support to head office and branches
– Research new technology and recommend to improve related working task.
– Other task that required by top management.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS:

– At least Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
– At least 1 years of working experiences in information technology and accounting and finance.
– MIS/Core banking system experience, such as T24, Flex Qu be, MBWIN, Morake, Optimal9…
– Preferably with a minimum of 1 years MFIs/banking or relation fields;
– Experience with software front development, web development (PHP, Java Spring Boot), mobile app development, is plus.
– Experience with database query, such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle ….
– Good interpersonal skills, good team player, critical thinking skills, complex problem-solving skills, time management, communication skills and core skill in software development and infrastructure.
